Stylin' Tips To Get You Right For The Winter

This season is all about less being more. The concept is to show everybody what you workin' wit without showing every damn thang you got. Styles this season are heavily influenced by the 70's and 80's. So if you aren't quite sure what to wear turn yo televison to Nick At Nite and watch an episode of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Bewitched, or What's Happening...to name a few. Okay, I'm gonna give you what you been waiting for. Here's my Top Ten list of absolute must haves to keep you fly for the winter.

1. Tights - wear them under a cute shift dress, a long tunic or anything to keep yo' damn legs warm.
2. Peacoat Stlye Coat- this style coat is so playa'. You can dress it down and through it over some jeans with a form fitting top or put it on over your Sunday dress.
3. Skinny Jeans- these jeans are are so chic! They come in everyones size and they compliment every figure. But make you get them in dark denim cause light wash just ain't cute.
4. Oversized Bag- Now this is a must. Your bag can make or break your outfit. The color doesn't matter. Remember your bag should make a statement.
5. Headband-This is the most inexpensive item you can buy to keep you fly! Pull your hair back and leave it down in the back, in a ponytail, or even in a french braid.
6.Oversized Sunglasses- That's for the inspiration, Jackie O. (and I ain't talking bout the rapper)
7.Simple Jewelry- Big and Gaudy jewelry is so lame. Keep it simple such as a simple hoop or stud earring. A dainty heart or cross necklace. A tennis bracelet.
8. Shift Dress- this dress does not get its props! It can be so sexy, it shows just enough leg to make him want to see some more! But don't show too much too soon, you want to be seen as a lady.
9. Booties- these are the high heeled boots that go right to the ankle. Now these are SEXY! Wear them to work, the mall, a night out on the town or even better the bedroom. Ladies, keep these on when you handling business with yo man and make him growl like Eartha Kitt.
10. Satin Tops- This is another all purpose piece. Want to go to the club; wear it with some booty shorts...thats's Playa! Going to church?...wear it with a pencil skirt. Going to work for the man who signs yo' check? Slide on some slacks... You can't go wrong!
